Grammar in Trascription - Words that spell trouble (A,B)

advice - recommendation (noun)
advise - to recommend, council, or notify (verb)

already - previously (She is already there)
all ready - each one is prepared or ready (They are all ready to go)

a lot - a bunch
alot - no such animal
allot - to assign a share of something

alternately - by turns (alternating)
alternatively - a possible choice ( an alternative)

altogether - entirely (He is altogether gorgeous)
all together - everyone in a group (We are all together for the holidays)

anxious - concerned, worried
eager - look forward to with enthusiasm

ante - before (prefix)
anti - against (prefix)

awhile - for a short time (adverb) (You will have to wait awhile).
a while - a short period of time (noun used in a phrase) ( saw him a while ago)

any one - any one person n a group (Any one can do anything)
anyone - anybody (Is anyone home?)

anyway - in any case (He loves her anyway)
any way - any method (She will pass any way she can)

appraise - to set a value on (I will appraise the house)
apprise - to inform (I will apprise her of the situation)

bad - can be used when discussing an illness (The patient felt bad) (bad is an adjective meaning sick)
badly - an adverb describing how something is done (He performed badly)

bare - naked, empty
bear - to carry, endure, or produce (verb)

beside - by the side of (She sat beside him)
besides - also, in addition to (She loves him, besides liking him)

between - use when referring to two persons or things
among - use when referring to more than two persons or things

born - brought into life
borne - endured, carried (Her belief was borne out by the results)

breath - respiration (noun)
breathe - to inhale and exhale (verb)

breech - rump (breech birth)
breach - break (breach medical confidentiality)
